Shipping and returns

Shipping and delivery

• At UMI Supplies, we commit to deliver your parcels/packages as quick as possible at the best freight rates.
• You can avoid a fee entirely by consolidating your orders with UMI Supplies to meet our freight free order threshold.
• All items will be delivered by receipted delivery which will require a signature from you confirming receipt of these goods.
• Delivery cost is calculated and displayed on your order prior to your confirmation.
• All orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will be dispatched on the order day and may qualify for same day delivery. Please note, we cannot guarantee same day delivery if the order is processed by third party services such as Toll Priority or StarTrack.
• We do not ship to P.O boxes.

• We recognise the importance of prompt and courteous delivery to our customers and commit to have your dental supplies dispatched within 24 hours. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered to your business within 1 to 3 business days.
• In general, we offer freight free delivery in Melbourne metropolitan areas for orders equal to or over $99 (incl GST).
• The delivery charge for orders less than $99 (incl GST) is $9.90.
• For areas outside metropolitan areas, please contact us to confirm shipping fee.
• All orders are dispatched from Melbourne. Shipping times vary from 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia.

UMI Supplies offers a 14-day money back guarantee on all products provided the product is faulty or defective, or is not of the description as advertised.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact info@umisupplies.com.au for further direction within 14 days of purchase.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. We'll process change or return the item immediately if it is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). After 14 days of delivery, change or return will not be accepted.

In the case of refund you should expect to receive it within fifteen days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

When you pay for your online purchases via credit card, our secure payment gateway will process your payment instantly. Should we experience any difficulties we will contact you immediately.

Complete all information in the checkout process. When prompted to select your payment option, select the "PayPal" option and click continue. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Continue and follow the prompts to complete the payment via PayPal. Once you complete your order, you will be given an order number and shown a final receipt page. Print out this page for your records.

You can pay for your purchases easily through our direct debit option. Simply continue through the online ordering process by choosing the products you wish to order, adding them to your shopping cart, and checking out. Complete all information in the checkout process. When prompted to enter your payment option, select the “Direct debit” option and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an order number and shown a final receipt page.
